• Step in for Store Manager in their absence and perform responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain customer service quality per manuals and policies.
