Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to help manage a team and meet goals.
• Self-starter with initiative; detail oriented; multitask.
• Team-player with passion for customer service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Stand in for Store Manager in their absence.
• Recruitment, training and evaluation of staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Ensure quality customer service and merchandise presentation.
