Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store systems; support peak operations and lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
