Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations and team leadership. You will drive daily store performance, guide a team, and ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory and store operations to ensure product availability and accuracy.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Handle scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems.
• Assist peak store operations by lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
