Skechers USA Ltd. in Southern California (Anaheim area) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations, team leadership, and daily store performance.

You will drive profitability through inventory control, visual merchandising, and strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining high customer service standards, and overseeing scheduling and store systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage restocking processes.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding goals.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
