Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to support daily store operations, lead shifts, and coach teams toward excellence. The role emphasizes merchandising, project execution, and superior customer service in a hands-on leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two+ years in retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.
