Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering sales results.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store operations and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings when the Store Manager is absent.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates for peak periods.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Oversee cash handling and till accuracy, and prepare for inventory audits.
• Open and close the store following Operations procedures.
