Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up for sales and tasks.
• Administer progressive disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members to foster a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Support scheduling and staffing, including calling in associates for peaks when needed.
• Participate in training programs and support achievement of sales targets and tasks.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and inventory security.
