Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive retail management experience.
• Experience supervising multiple departments and staff.
• Proficiency in setting and managing schedules for store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the Retail Store Manager.
• Handle cash, supplies, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Assist in supervising and training employees.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store with strong customer service.
• Monitor donations processes and sales transactions; enforce proper procedures.
• Maintain payroll, budgets, and inventory controls.
