Responsibilities
- Produce sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.

- Adhere to visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.

Additional Duties
- Supervise store associates, participate in training, and assist in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and store operations.
- Perform work of subordinates as needed and communicate effectively across all levels of staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of relevant experience.
- Ability to produce sales results and minimize loss.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work with hands overhead.
- Standing for up to 100% of the work time and ability to work independently.
