Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Strong communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales and KPIs.
• People: train, develop and coach team; recruit when needed; maintain positive associate relations and communicate company information.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes; support digital strategies including omni-channel fulfillment; manage inventory and payroll hours; ensure proper opening/closing procedures.
