Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring store cleanliness, operating cash registers, stocking, training, and community involvement while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years retail or managerial experience.
• NRHA test completion within three months of starting.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and associates throughout the store.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Operate forklifts and cash registers when required.
• Conduct daily walking tours to ensure standards.
• Address gaps and prioritize actions to meet goals.
• Support merchandising, stock levels, and signage across the store.
• Provide training for associates and mentor staff as needed.
• Assist in staffing and disciplinary processes as directed by management.
• Participate in Ad Set and in-store maintenance tasks.
• Learn store operations, scheduling, and personnel issues.
