Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Irmo, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations, support the Store Manager, and develop the team. You will assist with daily tasks, serve customers, and ensure a clean, organized store.

You will help with merchandise movement, payroll and scheduling, and uphold company policies. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
