Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and functions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom per company standards.
• Protect assets and cash, follow security procedures.
• Coach and develop store associates; foster a positive work environment.
