Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year retail experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day store operations, including building, training, and developing a team that will provide consistent superior guest experience.
• Foster a culture focused on guests’ needs.
• Serve as a role model to team members in and outside of stores with high energy, friendly attitude.
• Create an organized and process-oriented environment.
• Communicate company objectives so staff understands how the strategy fits into daily operations.

• Assist with monitoring financials and sales to understand current business.
