Job summary

Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Lookout Mountain, GA, on-site position. You will oversee daily operations, train and develop a team, and ensure a consistently superior guest experience while meeting sales goals.

You will report to the Store Manager and support scheduling, coaching, and business planning. The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a similar environment.
• People-first mentality ensuring great guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills for complex issues.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Good business acumen and flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR; on-call availability 24/7.
