Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 55 lbs. and carry short distances.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of the Store Manager in his/her absence.
• Supervise and assist store associates in daily operations.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel.
• Maintain health & safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and company policies.

Skills

Previous leadership experience in a customer service environment

Excellent communication in English

Familiarity with inventory management software

Basic computer knowledge
