Job summary

A retail fuel and convenience store operator is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their locations. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $15-$17 plus bonus opportunities and exceptional benefits, including medical and 401(k) retirement savings. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in customer service, a high school diploma, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. Flexibility in schedule is required as most stores operate 24/7.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer service environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of the Store Manager in his/her absence.
• Greet guests and process customer transactions.
• Supervise and assist store associates in daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and quickly resolve guest concerns.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel.
