Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals and to develop into a Store Manager within 12 to 18 months. The role includes coaching, hiring support, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

The position offers competitive pay, a benefits package, and opportunities for tuition scholarships with Oregon State University E Campus, with pay ranging from $28.00 to $31.00 per hour for a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• 2 years management/supervisory experience in service/food industry or equivalent training
• Open availability to work 40 hours per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Legally eligible to work in the country of employment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to perform various physical tasks during shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving financial and operational goals by driving sales and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Use reporting and feedback tools with the Store Manager to track progress and identify improvement opportunities
• Support in recruiting, hiring, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to maintain performance
