Peet’s Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a motivated team, ensure smooth daily operations, and promote Peet’s service model.

This developmental role aims to prepare you for Store Manager within 12 to 18 months, with opportunities for tuition support and growth. Join a brand focused on quality, culture, and community.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management/supervisory experience in service, food industry or equivalent related experience and training in related industry.
• Open availability and willingness to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work various hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals by driving sales and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist in deploying and reinforcing Peet’s service model to optimize daily operations.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Help manage inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
