Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences by implementing Peet’s service model. You will lead and coach the team, manage scheduling, and help maintain a positive work environment.

The role is a developmental path toward Store Manager within 12 to 18 months. We offer tuition scholarship opportunities with Oregon State University E Campus, plus benefits including a monthly bonus

Qualifications

• 2 years of management/supervisory experience in service, food industry or equivalent related experience.
• Must maintain open availability and work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving financial and operational goals and drive sales.
• Lead team to deliver exceptional customer experiences via Peet’s service model.
• Recruiting, hiring, and staffing to maintain coverage.
• Oversee daily coffeebar operations, inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop staff.
