Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.

• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise flow from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain store records including payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure safety and policy compliance.
