Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct associates to deliver great guest experiences and meet financial goals. A leadership training program of three weeks or more will prepare you for success.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and be willing to move within 50 miles. The role requires flexible scheduling, including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
