Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising associates, and driving guest satisfaction. You will participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program designed to set you up for success.

The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and the ability to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Serve Safe certification is required.

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store team and ensure operational standards are met while training and developing staff.
• Support from Panda leadership in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
