Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to relocate within 50 miles, a flexible schedule including openings, closings, nights, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• To prepare you for success, Panda will provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
