Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while ensuring guest experiences meet high standards.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. You must hold a high school diploma, be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home, and be available for a rotating schedule including opening/closing hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and contribute to the 3+ weeks leadership training program for store leadership.
• Support store management in daily tasks to ensure store success.
