Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Abilene, TX to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help train Store Associates, and ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, inventory control, payroll and scheduling records, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotions on fixtures and displays and ensure stockroom and sales floor organization.
