Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Greenwood, SC to help with store operations and customer service. You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise, and support opening/closing procedures.

You will help train and supervise associates, maintain displays, handle payroll and scheduling, and ensure a clean, safe environment for customers and staff. This is a part-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and daily activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling and cash handling.
• Keep store areas clean and stocked per company standards.
• Protect assets including cash and inventory; follow safety guidelines.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates as needed.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, bathrooms, floors, and waste removal.
