Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Manning, SC to support store operations, customer service, and team development. The role involves assisting with daily store activities, merchandise handling, payroll and scheduling tasks, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked environment.

You will supervise Store Associates and maintain safety and excellent guest experiences. The position is part-time, with responsibilities including opening/closing procedures and adherence to company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll/scheduling and cash deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect store assets and adhere to safety policies.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment and professional interactions.
