Maverik is hiring an Assistant Manager (Operations) for a full-time role that will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store. Starting pay is $18.50 - $20.50/hr, with eligibility for a bonus program.

You will help lead the team, support daily store operations, coach Team Members, and ensure a welcoming customer experience. This role emphasizes GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) and requires 21+ with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
