Maverik is hiring an Assistant Manager (Operations) for a full-time role in Meridian, Idaho. You will help lead the store team, support daily operations, coach Team Members, and ensure a welcoming customer experience as you work across Food Service and Front-of-Store functions.

Qualifications

Assistant Manager (Operations)

Starting pay: $18.50 - $20.50/hr. with both career and growth opportunities, plus eligibility for a bonus program!

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
