Job summary

Maverik Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) to help lead daily store operations and coach Team Members. You’ll drive a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role includes cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store and offers growth opportunities, a bonus program, and a starting hourly pay range.

Assistant Manager (Operations)

Starting pay: $23.05 - $25.05/hr with both career and growth opportunities, plus eligibility for a bonus program!

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

• Experience: 1 year+ of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
