Maverik is seeking an Assistant Manager (Operations) in Norwalk Township, IA to lead daily store operations and coach Team Members. The role involves cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store and delivering an exceptional Maverik experience to every customer.

The position offers a starting pay range of $18.50–$20.50 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Must be 21+ and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
