Maverik Inc. in Utah is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team, support daily store operations, and create an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach Team Members, keep the store running smoothly, and drive a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability. Starting pay is $17.95 to $19.95 per hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule for 24/7 store operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer experiences.
• Calm and composed under pressure while delivering service.
• Strong problem-solving with issue recognition and solutions.
• 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.
• ServeSafe certification held or willing to obtain.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
