Job summary

Maverik, Inc. is seeking a Team Member for our Tioga, ND store to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Starting pay ranges from $21.71 to $23.71 per hour, with room for growth as you develop in the role.

You’ll contribute to daily operations while upholding safety and high service standards. We value teamwork, safety, and problem solving and offer comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for advancement and cross-training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule due to 24/7 store operations.
• Interpersonal and communication skills for customer service.
• Collected and composed under pressure with strong service.
• Strong problem solving with ability to analyze issues and create solutions.
• 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.
• ServeSafe certification current or willingness to obtain.

• Lead by example and oversee all tasks and duties of Team Members.
• Assist with training, mentoring and supervision of Team members.
• Support facility safety inspections and equipment upkeep.
• Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
