Maverik Inc. in Franklin, Idaho is seeking a customer-focused Team Lead to support 24/7 store operations, supervise team members, and ensure safety and efficiency.

You will assist with training, mentoring, and basic bookkeeping while maintaining facility standards and equipment.

Starting pay ranges from $17.21 to $19.21 per hour, with career growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• 21+ age requirement.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1 year+ supervisory experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee all Team Member tasks.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of Team Members.
• Ensure safety by inspecting facilities and equipment.
• Complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
