SmartStop® Self Storage in Goleta, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lease storage units, manage a small team, and ensure exceptional tenant service.

Responsibilities include preparing rental agreements, handling transactions, coordinating maintenance, and promoting storage solutions to customers. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm. Starting pay is $24/hour plus bonus.
