SmartStop Self Storage in Concord, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6061) with no night shifts. You will rent storage units, prepare rental agreements, handle transactions, supervise on-site projects, and maintain tenant relationships.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm, starting at $21.00/hour plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to sell self-storage solutions.
• Flexible with hours and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units.
• Prepare rental agreements.

• Clean vacated units and perform general cleaning.
