SmartStop® Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1436 in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves leasing storage, supervising a team, overseeing maintenance, and building strong tenant relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. Starting pay is $23–$25 per hour plus bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package.
