SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6114 in McKinney, TX. This role oversees leasing storage and parking, manages a team, assists with maintenance, and maintains tenant relationships. Hours are Mon-Fri with weekend coverage as posted.

Starting at $16.50/hour plus bonus, the position emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• Maintain general curb appeal.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• The position requires a background check.

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on‑site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do
