Job summary

SmartStop® Self Storage in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #2905). The role covers leasing storage and parking, supervising a team, supporting maintenance, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30 am–6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am–4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am–2:00 pm.

Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus. You’ll handle rental agreements, process transactions, promote storage solutions, and ensure a clean, safe property.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #2905 - Dallas, TX) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on‑site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.
