SmartStop Self Storage in Corinth, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to handle leasing, customer service, and team supervision with no night shifts. The role covers renting spaces, processing payments, and coordinating maintenance while delivering exceptional tenant experiences.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Starting pay is $16.50/hour with bonus opportunities and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Perform light maintenance and maintain product knowledge.
• Operate with reliable transportation and valid insurance.
• Assistance with on-site projects and tenant relations.
• Support other duties as assigned by the Company.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #2701 - Corinth, TX) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
