SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #4017 in Humble, TX. The role involves leasing storage, supervising the team, assisting with maintenance, and building positive tenant relationships. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm. Starting at $16.50/hour plus bonus with a comprehensive benefits package.

This position emphasizes strong customer service, effective sales of storage solutions, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #4017 - Humble, TX) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
