Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 1322-The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL. You will support the customer experience, lead the sales floor, coach associates, and help develop a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail management experience, a hospitality mindset, and comfort with technology and POS systems. You will assist in recruiting, hiring, and driving sales while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
