Job summary

LOFT in Tampa is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader you will nurture relationships with customers and colleagues on the sales floor, modeling the brand’s hospitality mindset and engagement.

You’ll assist in recruiting, hiring, and development, use technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience, and lead by example to drive results.

• 1+ year of retail management experience.

You’ll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)

• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates

• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
