Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Melbourne, FL to uphold our customer-first culture and lead the sales floor with a focus on brand behaviors and team development.

You will coach associates, drive store performance, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment while leveraging technology to support seamless omnichannel shopping. This role reports to the Store Manager and offers growth opportunities within LOFT brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience, preferably in fashion/apparel.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
