Job summary

David Clulow in Kingston upon Thames is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Store Manager and drive team performance in delivering outstanding service.

You will coach colleagues, maintain premium eyewear presentation and customer care standards, and step up to run the store in the Manager's absence while nurturing a fashion-forward, luxury retail experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day shop leadership and performance.
• Motivate, coach and inspire the team to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer care, store presentation and operations.
• Help customers find eyewear solutions that combine style, comfort and optical expertise.
• Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
