Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will lead a team to deliver an elevated client experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive opening/closing tasks, coach staff on trends and styling, and build lasting client relationships while leveraging omnichannel tools.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail management, strong English skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
