Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States (OH) to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

You will develop staff in a fast-paced cosmetics retail environment, ensure excellent guest experiences, manage store operations including POS, inventory, and cash handling, and participate in training and loss-prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics
• Ability to coach and mentor a team to hit sales and service targets
• Experience with inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and events
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead, coach and develop Sales Associates
• Drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards
• Oversee daily store operations, POS, inventory, and cash handling
• Participate in training, scheduling, and loss-prevention initiatives
