Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates in a high-end cosmetics retail environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching staff, and achieving sales and operational targets.

You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced store setting, supporting the Store Manager to drive performance, ensure outstanding store standards, and manage daily operations including schedules and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
